A lot a car chases, buildings being blown up, and fistfights. So you should expect something different from an action movie? All they needed was Mr. T and Carl Weathers. The plot had something to do with a South American dictator, cocaine, and the CIA. And a lot of car chases, buildings being blown up, and fistfights. I would rate it 2 1/2 out of 5 stars. The End.
